Over five days, NexaForum offers a blend of leadership dialogue, cultural immersion, and personal renewal.

Each official day includes morning roundtable conversations, afternoon leadership labs, and evening networking or cultural experiences. Delegates enjoy full hospitality at a luxury beachfront location on Palm Beach, Dubai.

Attendee Criteria and Nomination

Attendance at NexaForum is by invitation or nomination only. Delegates are selected based on leadership experience, public impact, and alignment with the forum’s values.

We welcome expressions of interest from:
• Ministers, Members of Parliament, and public policy leaders
• Board chairs and non-executive directors
• Ambassadors and senior advisors in government or international organisations
• Select emerging leaders nominated by current or past attendees

We do not offer open ticket sales. All requests are reviewed by the host committee.

Speakers and Guest Mentors

Each year, NexaForum features invited speakers from government, diplomacy, industry, and global policy. Our guests do not deliver formal speeches. Instead, they initiate conversations and share insights through private dialogues and seated roundtables. Speakers are confirmed on a rolling basis. Themes include:

• The legacy question: leading beyond your tenure
• Political resilience and leadership wellbeing
• Cross-sector innovation and economic inclusion

Select guest mentors will also guide small groups and mentees throughout the event.
